Job summary

Veolia WA is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with NACE/AMPP 2 certification to join our Industrials & Energy WA team at Henderson. You will support project managers and field teams with communication, documentation, scheduling and admin tasks to keep projects on track and within budget.

The role involves coordinating contracts, safety documentation, supplier and subcontractor scheduling, and cost reporting while ensuring quality standards.

Qualifications

• Maintains project docs, schedules, timelines, and status reports.
• Manages contracts, compliance docs, and closeout reports.
• Coordinates schedules with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Serves as primary office/field liaison with project managers, clients and vendors.
• Monitors budgets, processes invoices/POs, and prepares cost reports.
• Ensures safety standards compliance and maintains safety docs.
• Coordinates site logistics, equipment staging, and vendor management.

The Opportunity

This role is critical in supporting project managers and field teams in the successful execution of protective coating projects, ensuring effective communication, documentation, scheduling, and administrative support to keep projects on track, on budget, and meeting quality standards.

What you'll be responsible for

• Maintain project documentation, schedules, timelines, and status reports

What you'll need to be successful

• NACE/AMPP 2 certification is a must have



• 10+ years' experience in industry with 5+ years in a similar role




• Trade Qualification




• Project Coordination/Management/Planning experience




• Proficient in Microsoft Projects/Primavera




• Advanced Excel skills




• SAP experience




• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities




• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills




• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines




• Proactive problem-solving approach




• Keen attention to detail
