Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Project Controls within Project Delivery or EPCM projects.
• Degree/diploma in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying.
• Strong expertise in planning, cost control and progress measurement on large, complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Undertake all project controls activities including planning, scheduling, cost control and progress monitoring.
• Analyse contractor schedules and updates (logic, durations, constraints, progress credibility, critical or near-critical paths).
• Perform advanced schedule analytics (e.g. impact analysis, scenario/what-if modelling, float / path analysis, schedule quality checks).
• Provide schedule-driven insights for planning, prioritisation, and recovery / mitigation actions.
