Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administration of Construction, Goods & Services and Supplier Contracts.
  • Maintain the Contract Status Report (CSR) and Procurement Status Report (PSR).
  • Review contractor and supplier correspondence and prepare contractual responses.
  • Assess claims, variations, EOTs, delay costs and other submissions.
  • Coordinate RFQs, tender evaluations, commercial negotiations and contract awards.
  • Undertake supplier expediting and manage delivery risks.

About the Role

As our project portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Contracts & Procurement Lead to join our Commercial Team in Perth, supporting major EPCM projects. This senior, hands‑on role will provide commercial support across contracts, procurement, claims, supplier performance and expediting, working closely with the Client, project team and project site teams to deliver successful project outcomes from procurement through to close‑out.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day administration of Construction, Goods & Services and Supplier Contracts.
  • Maintain the Contract Status Report (CSR), tracking commercial matters.
  • Maintain the Procurement Status Report (PSR), monitoring supplier manufacturing, inspection and delivery milestones.
  • Review contractor and supplier correspondence and prepare appropriate contractual responses.
  • Assess claims, variations, EOTs, delay costs and other commercial submissions.
  • Coordinate RFQs, tender evaluations, commercial negotiations and contract awards.
  • Undertake supplier expediting and manage delivery risks.
About You
  • 15+ years' experience in Contracts, Commercial and Procurement roles.
  • Strong EPCM background within mining, marine, ports, or heavy construction.
  • Sound knowledge of Australian Standard contracts, particularly AS4000 and AS4911.
  • Experience managing contractor claims, procurement activities, and supplier expediting.
  • Proficient in Aconex and contract administration processes.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management capability.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce, Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Quantity Surveying, Law, or a related discipline.
