Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to lead the controls function for Queensland’s flagship infrastructure program ahead of the Brisbane 2032 Games. You will manage scheduling, cost control, change management and reporting across a large, high-value project environment.

Collaboration with project directors, commercial teams and subcontractors is essential to deliver robust controls, clear insights and informed decision-making while mentoring a team of controls professionals

Qualifications

• Significant experience in project controls within large infrastructure or capital programs.
• Ability to lead project controls across complex, high-value projects.
• Strong scheduling, cost control, change management and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls function for a large, complex program.
• Develop and implement project controls procedures and reporting.
• Maintain schedules with critical path analysis and resource loading.
• Monitor performance and provide insights to senior stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, change management and subcontractor oversight.
• Mentor and lead project controls professionals.
