Job summary

Coverite Projects is seeking an experienced Project Consultant to take ownership of qualified opportunities and convert them into signed, deliverable projects across aged care, education, retirement living, commercial and hospitality sectors in New South Wales.

You’ll lead feasibility, cost planning, commercial negotiation and contract execution, then hand over to our operations team for delivery, ensuring clear scope, budgets and timelines while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-construction, project management, estimating, commercial management, or business development within construction.
• Strong understanding of feasibility, estimating, design and contract formation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial and risk management capability.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities concurrently.

You’ll take a qualified opportunity from our Business Development Manager and lead it through feasibility, cost planning, commercial negotiation and contract execution, before handing over to our operations team for delivery.

You’re commercially sharp, detail-oriented, and confident leading complex conversations with clients, designers and internal stakeholders.

You know how to protect margin without losing the deal, and you take real ownership of getting an opportunity over the line - from first handover through to signed contract.

What You’ll Do
