Job summary

Metcash is seeking a Project & Change Manager (People Systems) to drive enterprise HR systems initiatives, including payroll, people data and change management across Australia. You will partner with business and technology teams to ensure delivery excellence and measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and deliver project activities, ensuring milestones, risks and dependencies are effectively managed.
• Build strong relationships across business and technology teams to drive stakeholder alignment and engagement.
• Lead change management activities, including communications, training and adoption support.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage risks, resolve issues and drive decision making.
• Support the implementation of HR technology and process improvements that deliver measurable business outcomes

What You’ll Bring

• Experience delivering systems initiatives (experience with SuccessFactors is highly regarded)
• Experience with change management activities
• Experience working across business and technology teams
• Significant exposure to People and Culture processes and activities or preferably background in HR
• Ability to operate within a structured project governance while also working with ambiguity and changing environments
