Job summary

Bespoke Careers is representing an established architectural practice in Australia seeking an experienced Project Architect with a strong track record in high-end residential and modular projects. You will lead projects from concept to completion, working directly with clients and contractors, and managing Revit documentation with a design-led focus.

The role offers ownership of projects, autonomy, and flexibility with full-time or part-time arrangements, located in Australia.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect with strong design and technical delivery.
• Experience delivering high-end residential and/or modular projects in Australia.
• Strong technical, construction and detailing knowledge.
• Excellent client and contractor coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from concept through to completion.

Project Architect - High-End Residential & Modular Projects

A highly regarded architecture practice is looking to appoint an experiencedProject Architect to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong and design-focused Architect to take genuine ownership of projects and work closely with clients across the full project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have strong local experience deliveringhigh-end residential projects, with the ability to confidently lead projects from concept and design development through to documentation, construction and completion.

You'll be highly proficient in Revit, with strong technical and documentation capabilities, a refined design aesthetic and the confidence to manage projects autonomously. You'll also have the opportunity to work across both the architectural design and interior fit-out of projects, with direct client and site involvement.

The role can be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis.

KeyResponsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from concept through to completion

Skills &Experience

• Registered Architect with a Master of Architecture
• Experience within the Australian industry
• Strong experience delivering high-end residential and/or modular projects
• Proven experience running projects across multiple stages
• Advanced Revit skills with strong documentation capabilities
• Strong technical, construction and detailing knowledge
• Good understanding of planning processes and the BCA
• Strong commercial awareness and project management skills
• Confident communicating with clients, consultants and contractors
• Design-focused with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive, organised and comfortable working autonomously
