Job summary

Gold Coast Mc in Australia is seeking an experienced Registered Architect to lead end-to-end architectural delivery for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. You will direct design, documentation, and construction coordination with a collaborative team in Surfers Paradise.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent coordination, and a detailed understanding of NCC standards and precast/modular systems.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect in Australia with local project experience.
• Experience delivering complex residential or mixed-use projects.
• Ability to lead projects independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong coordination skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with precast/modular systems is advantageous.
• Advanced Revit skills and Adobe Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle delivery including briefing, concept, documentation, and construction.
• Manage scope, budget, programme, and resourcing.
• Lead design direction aligned with client vision, budget, and constraints.
• Oversee high-quality documentation (DA, BA, IFC) and compliance.
• Coordinate teams and consultants to deliver clear outcomes.
• Mentor and support junior architects and graduates.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable team environment.
• Manage tendering, procurement, and contracts.

The Working Environment

The Role

• Lead full end to end project lifecycle deliveryincluding briefing, concept, documentation, and construction

A Successful Candidate

• Registered Architect (Australia) with localproject experience
  
• Strong experience delivering complexresidential or mixed-use projects
  
• Confident leading projects independently andmanaging multiple priorities
  
• Highly detail-oriented with strong coordinationskills
  
• Solid understanding of constructionmethodology, detailing, and structural coordination
  
• Experience with precast /modular systems highly regarded
  
• Exposure to costing or development-sidethinking is a strong advantage
  
• Advanced Revit skills + Adobe Suite
  
• Strong communicator: pragmatic, clear, andsolutions-focused
