Bespoke Careers is assisting a vibrant Melbourne-based practice to recruit a skilled Registered Architect. The role focuses on leading design and delivery of projects, with strong Revit documentation and contract admin across multi-res/mixed-use developments.

The candidate should bring approximately 7+ years post-graduate experience, exceptional communication, and an eye for design detail. You will lead projects autonomously, collaborating with the director and broader team to achieve

Qualifications

• 7+ years post-graduate experience.
• Proficiency in Revit is a must.
• Experience across multi-res/ mixed-use sectors.
• Knowledge of building construction & specifications.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Eye for detail & high accuracy.
• Take ownership & run projects autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Work on various projects of scale and typologies across all stages.
• Contribute to projects from concept to completion.
• Prepare highly detailed Revit documentation.
• Lead projects autonomously across their lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Director and broader team through design process.
• Liaise with clients and consultants using your exceptional communication skills.
• Ensure outstanding project outcomes and deliverables, whilst being able to lead a small team.

Thepractice is seeking a skilled Registered Architect to join themwho is capable leading design and delivery of projects,whilstcollaboratingwith the wider team. They are on the lookout for an all-rounder with a strong eye for design and strong Revit documentation experience and contract admin experienceacross Multi-res / Mixed-use projects. Key Responsibilities:

Work on various projects of scale and typologies across all stages

Skills & Experience:

Approximately 7+years' post-graduate experience

Revit proficiency is a must!

Rhino, Grasshopper, and Sketchup will be highly regarded

Experience across a mixture of sectors including multi-res, single-res and commercial

Knowledge of building construction and specifications (desirable)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Eye for detail and a high level of accuracy

Take ownership and run projects autonomously
