DKO’s Brisbane studio is seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead high-quality design delivery and mentor our growing team. You will drive projects from concept through construction, coordinating clients and consultants to achieve outstanding outcomes.

With Australian registration and 5–7+ years in practice, you will guide design development, documentation and QA across a range of schemes while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered Architect in Australia.
• Approximately 5–7+ years' experience in an architectural practice.
• Strong design and documentation capabilities from concept to construction.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects through all phases from concept to construction administration.
• Manage project teams, workflows, resources and delivery programs.
• Prepare and oversee architectural documentation of high quality.
• Coordinate consultants, clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain quality control throughout design and construction phases.

DKO is an award-winning design practice with studios across Australia, New Zealand and South-East Asia. Our multidisciplinary approach brings together Architecture, Interior Design, Urban Design and Landscape Architecture to create exceptional places and communities.

As our Brisbane studio continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Project Architect to take a leading role in the delivery of high-quality projects and support the ongoing development of our team.

About the Role

As a Project Architect, you will provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle, taking responsibility for project coordination, quality assurance, client communication and team management. You'll work closely with Directors and project teams to deliver innovative design outcomes from concept through to construction

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects through all phases, from concept design to construction administration.

Skills & Experience

• Architectural registration with the relevant Australian registration board.
• Approximately 5–7+ years' experience within an architectural practice.
• Strong technical documentation and project coordination skills.
• Sound knowledge of Australian planning and building regulations.
• Experience working across schematic design, design development, construction documentation and contract administration.
• Proficiency in industry-standard architectural software.
