Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking an administrative coordinator in Australia to assist the account manager with scheduling, coordination, and client liaison for security projects. You will support multiple concurrent projects, prepare schedules and reports, and help ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong organizational skills, MS Office proficiency, and experience with project tools; working rights in Australia are required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a project administration or coordination role (security/tech industries preferred).
  • Strong organisation and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project tools is an advantage.
  • Financial administration experience (POs, invoicing, budgets) is valued.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Australian working rights are required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Management team across multiple projects.
  • Assist with project schedules, reports, and documentation.
  • Monitor timelines and milestones to support on-time delivery.
  • Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate meetings, site access, inductions, and client correspondence.
  • Manage document control and maintain project records.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and track project expenses.
  • Support safety and quality procedures throughout all phases.

Role Overview

This role will see you supporting the account manager with administrative coordination, scheduling, and client communication to help ensure the smooth delivery of security projects.

  • Financial administration experience (POs, invoicing, budgets) highly regarded
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Australian working rights required
