Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing electronic security projects and client relationships. You will oversee full lifecycle delivery from planning to handover, liaising with teams on scope, cost, and quality, and ensuring compliance with WHS, QMS and EHS standards across government and commercial sites.

Responsibilities include leading the project team, coordinating resources, managing subcontractors, and signing critical documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing electronic security projects, including installation, commissioning and handover.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget and to high client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms) and ability to read technical drawings/specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client expectations and maintain professional relationships.
• Deep understanding of WHS, QMS and EHS standards; ensure compliance with security policies and legislative requirements.
• Capable of resource planning across multiple sites and effective subcontractor management.
• Ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and adapt to changing project conditions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Project Team across full project lifecycle from planning to handover.
• Define project scope with the team and client, and govern contract terms and costs.
• Sign off on correspondence, ITPs, checklists, and documentation related to quality, safety and program.
• Manage suppliers/sub-contractors and coordinate resources across sites (government and commercial).
• Ensure progress reporting, Safe Work Method Statements and risk assessments are completed.
• Identify risks and opportunities and drive issue resolution and change control.

My Client is looking for an experienced Project Manager who has a strong background managing clients and projects.

The Role:

• Responsible for the full cycle of the Project from planning and inception to commissioning and handover.
• Work with the team to define the project scope.
• Lead and manage the Project Team
• Agree contract terms, costings and manage suppliers/sub contractors
• Sign Correspondence, ITP's, Checklists and documentation relevant to quality, safety and program
• Work on government and commercial sites

Experience:

• Ability to identify risks and opportunities, resolve issues proactively, and adapt to changing project conditions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and subcontractors, fostering a culture of accountability
