Kelly Electrical Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and organised Junior Project Administrator to join our growing team and build a long-term career in project administration, construction, or major electrical infrastructure projects across Victoria.

Working with experienced Project Managers, Supervisors, Engineers and Project Teams, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the delivery of large-scale electrical infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining project records, registers and filing systems.
• Assisting with project documentation and correspondence.
• Coordinating meetings and preparing meeting minutes.
• Assisting with timesheet tracking and labour administration.
• Supporting project reporting and project trackers.
• Assisting with document control and record management.
• Supporting site mobilisation, onboarding and project administration activities.
• Working closely with Project Managers and site-based teams to ensure project information is accurate and up to date.

About the Role
