Bennett + Bennett Surveyors + Planners is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to support our Northern Rivers project teams and keep office operations running smoothly.

We offer flexible arrangements with part-time (3-4 days) or full-time roles, with occasional travel to the Gold Coast to support broader administration. Join a leading surveying and spatial services firm with 55+ years of experience in Southeast Queensland and Northern New South Wales.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administration role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience with invoicing and project administration is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to project teams and assist with office operations.
• Prepare estimates, invoices and other project documentation.
• Data entry and maintenance of accurate project records.
• Answer and direct incoming reception calls and assist with general client enquiries.
• Coordinate project and office documentation.
• Support Project Managers and Survey Teams with administrative tasks.
• Maintain information within company systems and databases.
• General office administration and coordination duties.
• Collaborate with administration staff across multiple offices.
