Bennett + Bennett on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Surveyor/Senior Surveyor to join our Construction team, balancing site presence with technical office work on iconic high-rise projects.

You will deliver accurate construction surveys, perform fieldwork, processing, and liaise with clients and project teams while using 12d software and Leica/Trimble equipment. Registration with the Queensland Surveyors Board is preferred or eligible.

Your Role and Impact:

As a Surveyor/Senior Surveyor within our Construction team, you will work across a diverse mix of high-rise and major construction projects, balancing site presence with technical office-based work.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering accurate and timely construction surveys that directly contribute to project success
• Completing fieldwork, calculations, pre-calculations, sketches, and survey processing
• Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance
• Liaising with clients, project managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Utilising advanced surveying equipment and software to improve efficiency and outcomes

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor, with exposure to construction projects (high-rise experience highly regarded)
• Proficiency in 12d software and Leica and/or Trimble survey equipment
• A relevant qualification in Surveying
• Registration (or eligibility for registration) with the Surveyors Board of Queensland as an Associate, Graduate, or above
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work with a high level of autonomy, while also valuing collaboration, knowledge-sharing and mentorship within a senior team environment
