Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support AICG programs and ensure smooth operation.
• Be the first point of contact for customers and triage enquiries.
• Support business development through sales outreach and scheduling meetings.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and prepare proposal documents.
• Schedule and support online and face-to-face workshops.
• Capture attendance lists and issue certificates as required.
• Prepare and format sales materials and presentations.
• Import data from the website into the CRM and ensure accuracy.
• Report against agreed KPIs and monitor sales pipeline.
