NSW Department of Communities and Justice seeks an experienced administrator to support Major and Specialised Projects from Parramatta on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, and managing financial records with systems like SAP/myWorkZone.
The position requires strong attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and the ability to liaise with stakeholders, contractors and suppliers.
Location – Parramatta Hybrid 50%
Employment type – Full-time - Temporary until 30 June 2028
Salary – Clerk Grade 3/4 $87,199 -$95,482 per annum + superannuation
The role will be responsible for performing various administrative activities supporting Major and Specialised Projects team as required in the effective and efficient delivery of respective projects and programs such as capital works upgrade projects, fire and termite damaged restoration projects, acquisition upgrade program and demolition program.
