Responsibilities

  • Support the ANZPS SLG leadership team with day-to-day operational planning, cadence management, and business rhythm activities (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs, and planning cycles).
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across sales, specialist, partner, and marketing teams to align on SLG priorities.
  • Track and report on key business metrics, pipeline health, goal attainment, and operational KPIs.
  • Maintain and manage team planning documents, trackers, and dashboards.
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying process gaps and implementing improvements.
  • Support annual and mid-year planning processes (OP1/OP2) including data gathering, narrative coordination, and timeline management.
  • Coordinate hiring activities including interview scheduling, candidate tracking, and onboarding logistics.
  • Executive assistance to Head of Government and manage complex calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and pre-reads for internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinate executive-level engagements with government customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Draft and manage correspondence.
  • Organise team events, offsites, and leadership forums.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
