A program manager with utilities and Operations Technology (OT) experience would be responsible for leading and overseeing large-scale programs within the utilities sector, focusing on the integration and management of operational technology systems. This role requires a blend of program management expertise, technical knowledge of OT systems (like SCADA, DCS, IIoT), and a strong understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of the utility industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Leadership: Leading and directing the execution of large, complex programs within the utilities sector, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
• OT System Expertise: Possessing a deep understanding of OT systems, including SCADA and other technologies used in utility operations.
• Stakeholder Management: Engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including executive management, engineering teams, operations staff, and vendors, to ensure program success.
• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with the program, including technical, operational, and financial risks.
• Budget and Schedule Management: Managing the program budget and schedule, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of program objectives.
• Strategic Alignment: Ensuring the program is aligned with the organization's strategic goals and objectives, contributing to the modernization and digital transformation of operations.
