Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead delivery on our National Defence Strategy (NDS) program from Fremantle, Western Australia. You will coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, manage budgets, and ensure milestones align with customer requirements.

You will report to the regional program director and drive performance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle. Australian Defence Clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Program Manager role.
• Knowledge of and experience with the ASDEFCON suite.
• Financial management and budgeting experience.
• Safety and risk awareness in project execution.
• Practised reporting capability specifically with financials, schedule, and resourcing.
• Supplier/sub-contractor relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Measuring team performance against pre-established schedules & budgets.
• Financial reporting for executive review.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead delivery across our high-profile NDS Program. Working closely with technical engineering teams and support functions, you will ensure the delivery of L3Harris solutions, in line with our customer’s specifications, budget and timeframe requirements.

Reporting to regional program director, your activities will focus on driving the required activity at every stage of the project lifecycle.

Day-to-day your tasks may include but not be limited to:

• coordinating project milestones to align with available resources
• measuring team performance against pre-established schedules & budgets
• financial reporting for executive review
• assisting with bids & proposals
• identifying continuous improvement opportunities for future investigation and implementation

About you
