Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex grant programs and portfolios. You will coordinate end-to-end delivery, manage risks, and work with stakeholders across government, councils, and industry to ensure successful outcomes.

You bring strong planning, governance and reporting capabilities, with a collaborative leadership style and a focus on delivering value to communities across NSW. This is a regionally based role in Wagga Wagga.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading complex programs or portfolios.
• Strong planning, governance and reporting capabilities.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Experience identifying and managing financial, operational and delivery risks.
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to achieve outcomes.
• Knowledge of program management frameworks and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple complex programs to deliver on time and within budget.
• Manage program risks, issues, governance and reporting requirements.
• Oversee grant programs across their full lifecycle from application to acquittal.
• Engage and influence stakeholders across government, councils, industry and community partners.
• Provide expert advice to ensure strong governance and delivery outcomes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to achieve program results.
