Job summary

Zinfra is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support Evoenergy's electricity network programs across the ACT. You will lead planning, forecasting, coordination and performance management of a portfolio including maintenance, capital and customer-funded works, in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with Evoenergy, field delivery teams, planners and commercial stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient delivery that meets client expectations and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, or Business Management or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering maintenance, construction or capital works programs in electricity or utilities.
• Strong financial, forecasting and reporting capability with budgeting and metrics experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of underground electricity network work programs.
• Manage program forecasts, schedules, budgets and resources.
• Monitor and report KPIs, risks and opportunities across the portfolio.
• Build trusted relationships with client and internal stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement to productivity and forecasting accuracy.
