Job summary

Women’s Safety Services SA is seeking a Program Manager for the Domestic Violence Crisis Line (DVCL) to lead service delivery across DVCL, Safe At Home and Personal Protection App programs. The role reports to the Senior Manager and guides team leaders to ensure safe, client‑centred outcomes in collaboration with staff and partners.

You will oversee risk and safety management, drive continuous improvement, and maintain high-quality service delivery while promoting a healthy workplace and strong

Qualifications

• A degree level qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or a related discipline, and/or equivalent experience.
• Experience in developing and implementing program plans for people affected by domestic and family violence.
• Strong understanding of risk and safety management strategies for people who have experienced DFV.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse and highly vulnerable communities, including First Nations and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse communities.

Responsibilities
