As Program Manager for Mission Australia’s Transition to Work (TTW) program, you'll lead a passionate team delivering life-changing support to young people aged 15 to 24 across the region. Working across multiple office locations, you'll manage and develop a geographically dispersed team, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery while fostering a connected and collaborative culture. You’ll build strong relationships with local employers, education providers and community stakeholders throughout Coffs Harbour and surrounding communities, helping young people gain the skills, confidence and pathways they need to achieve their goals.
