In this role, you’ll:

Working as part of a team delivering reliability strategies and assurance programs that enhance asset performance, operational efficiency, and service delivery across Transport for NSW’s road infrastructure, public transport, and motorways.

This role will see you lead program delivery, ensuring programs are effectively planned, executed, and evaluated.

You will pioneer new ways to optimise asset performance and reduce risk in a dynamic, high-volume infrastructure environment.

This team is currently enjoying a hybrid way of working in line with Transport's policies for workplace presence. The team attends the home office at Macquarie Park once a week, with an additional day per week to be attended at another Sydney office.

About You

Your strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills, formed across asset management, transport, or large-scale infrastructure sectors, will see you deliver complex programs, overcome operational challenges, and bring governance and compliance rigor to achieve measurable improvements.

You’re recognized as a strategic thinker, skilled at translating technical insights into actionable recommendations, and experienced in managing risks, interdependencies, and aligning activities with strategic objectives.
