Job summary

Darebin City Council is seeking a dynamic fitness leader to join Reservoir Leisure Centre in Melbourne. You will lead a team of gym instructors, personal trainers, and reformer Pilates instructors, and drive high-quality, safe health club programs that engage members and improve outcomes.

As part of our organisational redesign, you will shape programs across gym, PT, Rezfit and reformer Pilates, monitor participation and budgets, and foster a welcoming club culture.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic, with a passion for creating positive member experiences.
• Proactive and innovative, bringing ideas to improve engagement and retention.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities to balance priorities.
• Sound knowledge of health and fitness operations including gym, PT and reformer Pilates.

Responsibilities
