The role involves coordinating inputs, preparing briefings and governance materials, and improving reporting frameworks while engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders across nationally significant programs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in reporting, governance, business operations or a related environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate and communicate information effectively.
• Experience preparing reports, briefings and management information for stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, public policy or related discipline.

• Prepare internal and external program reporting.
• Monitor program performance, milestones and delivery outcomes.
• Maintain reporting tools and performance tracking mechanisms.
• Contribute to reporting requests and stakeholder information needs.

• Assist with Board, committee and executive reporting requirements.
