Job summary

L3Harris Australia (Integrated Mission Systems Australia) seeks a Program Finance Analyst – Controls to oversee cost management, forecasting and reporting on high‑profile programs. You will partner with PMO and the central finance team to monitor performance and advise on profitability.

Day to day duties include establishing cost control structures in the ERP, budgeting, variance analysis, applying earned value management, and identifying risks to enable informed decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 6+ years in program controls or finance.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and earned value analysis is essential.
• Proven ability to drive cost control, baseline change control and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Establish cost control structures in ERP to meet reporting requirements.
• Manage baseline establishment and change control processes and assess cost impacts.
• Oversee budget development, cost control, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Apply project controls methodologies including earned value management and schedule analysis.
• Identify risks and opportunities, recommending mitigations to maintain profitability.
