Job summary

The Transport Accident Commission Victoria is seeking a Program Director – Claims Platform Planning in Geelong with flexible hybrid working. You will lead the integrated planning, PMO operations and governance across a major enterprise transformation to deliver TAC's claims platform.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex transformation programs, with proficiency in program planning, PMO leadership, governance and delivery assurance.
• Strong commercial, financial and workforce management capability across large budgets.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive-level advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated planning and delivery oversight across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Establish robust program controls, reporting, and risk management to enable delivery excellence.
• Oversee resource planning and program budgeting to ensure appropriate resourcing and value delivery.
