Job summary

Lime Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Program Director for a Brisbane-based, hybrid engagement with a large Queensland Government client. You will lead and manage an enterprise workforce mobility and human capital management program through to 30 June 2027.

You will provide strategic governance, oversight of planning, delivery, and reporting, and build relationships with government, health-sector and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale human capital management programs or projects.
• Strong enterprise program and project governance, planning, reporting and risk management capability.
• Experience delivering complex technology or information management initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build relationships and negotiate with government, health-sector and industry partners.
• Strategic leadership capability, including sound decision-making and assurance practices.
• Experience with SAP HCM implementations is desirable.
• Available for a full-time Brisbane-based engagement, with capacity to support critical project milestones outside standard business hours.
