Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Ageing Support or Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
• Experience delivering recreational or social activities for older people, people with disabilities, and/or those living with dementia.
• Genuine passion for supporting older people, particularly individuals living with dementia.
• Commitment to person-centred care and practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to foster teamwork and contribute positively to a collaborative environment.
• Sound computer literacy skills.
