The Department of Education in Victoria is recruiting a Program Advisor to support the Pre-Service Programs team within Workforce Policy and Programs. The role engages with universities, TAFEs and training providers to support tailored early childhood courses and Aboriginal Pathways Scholarships.

You will prepare advice, gather data, and help drive program improvements. This is a full-time, ongoing position with opportunities to contribute to cross-sector initiatives and collaboration across

Responsabilidades

• Engaging with a range of stakeholders to administer contracts and partnership agreements
• Collecting data and undertaking analysis to inform program design and reform
• Building and maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders including tertiary providers and regional teams to deliver on program objectives
• Preparing advice and recommendations in the form of written communications including briefings, correspondence, reports and presentations
• Supporting the delivery of communications activities to support uptake across the programs
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement for contract and program management
• Contributing, supporting and leading other projects as required
• Contributing to a collaborative and supportive team.
