• Manage service agreements between the Department of Education and funded organisations.
• Build partnerships with local government, community service organisations and early childhood providers.
• Provide advice and support to local government and early childhood stakeholders.
• Implement key government Early Childhood policy, initiatives and reforms at a local level.
