Job summary

The Department of Education Victoria is seeking a Program Advisor within the Pre-Service Programs team in the Workforce Policy and Programs branch. This full-time role collaborates with universities, TAFEs and registered training organisations to support delivery of tailored early childhood courses and Aboriginal Pathways Scholarships.

You will engage stakeholders to administer contracts, collect data to inform program design, build relationships with providers, prepare briefings and reports,

Responsibilities

• Engage with a range of stakeholders to administer contracts and partnerships
• Collect data and analyse to inform program design and reform
• Build relationships with tertiary providers and regional teams to deliver on program objectives
• Prepare advice and written communications including briefings, correspondence, reports and presentations
• Support the delivery of communications activities to support uptake across the programs
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement for contract and program management
• Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment
