Job summary

Succession Partners Pty Ltd is seeking a Claims Manager for Financial Lines to manage a portfolio across D&O, PI, ML, and Cyber for national and international insurer clients. You will evaluate coverage, manage litigation, and deliver fair, timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• Recent Financial Lines claims experience from an insurer or TPA.
• D&O specific experience highly regarded.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Manage end-to-end claims for Financial Lines products.
• Interpret policy coverage and provide clear, well-reasoned liability assessments.

Working in a small experienced team who are growing, you will play a key role in evaluating coverage, manage litigation, and deliver fair, timely outcomes for clients.

You will also:

• Manage end-to-end claims for Financial Lines products
• Interpret policy coverage and provide clear, well-reasoned liability assessments
• Instruct and liaise with external legal counsel, experts, and other stakeholders
• Monitor and control claim costs, reserves, and timelines
• Maintain accurate and compliant claims documentation

To succeed in the role, you will have:

• Recent Financial Lines claims experience from an insurer or TPA. (D&O specific experience highly regarded)
• Degree qualification
