Job summary

Impact HR Group is seeking reliable Machine Operators and Production Workers to join an established manufacturing company in Rydalmere. You will operate sheet metal machinery, set up equipment, and assist with assembly using hand tools, ensuring production processes are followed and quality is checked.

The role is night shift with a competitive hourly rate of $42.96 plus super. Training is provided, and candidates from a range of manufacturing backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production is preferred, particularly in machine operation.
• Experience with sheet metal or metal manufacturing is a plus.
• Familiarity with factory work and trades assistant roles is helpful.
• Use of hand or power tools
• Ability to follow production processes and work instructions.

Machine Operators & Production Workers | Night Shift | $42.96/hr

Looking for a hands-on manufacturing role with great night shift rates?

Impact HR Group is seeking reliable Machine Operators and Production Workers to join an established manufacturing company in Rydalmere.

You'll be working within the sheet metal production area, operating manufacturing machinery and assisting with the assembly of components using hand tools.

Sheet metal experience is beneficial, but not essential.

We're open to people from a range of manufacturing and production backgrounds who are practical, safety conscious and willing to learn.

What you'll be doing

Your duties will include a combination of:

• Operating production and sheet metal machinery
• Setting up and monitoring machines
• Feeding and removing materials from machinery
• Working with sheet metal components
• Assembly work using hand tools
• Following production processes and work instructions
• Checking finished products for quality
• General manufacturing and factory duties
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

What we're looking for

Previous experience in manufacturing or production is preferred, particularly experience in:

• Machine operation
• Sheet metal or metal manufacturing
• Factory work
• Trades assistant roles
• Using hand or power tools

No sheet metal experience? That's okay.

If you've worked in a manufacturing environment, have good practical skills and are comfortable around machinery and tools, we'd still like to hear from you.
