Job summary

360 Personnel is seeking reliable Production & Assembly Workers for a casual ongoing role in Silverwater, NSW. The position operates on a Monday to Friday roster within a busy sheet metal manufacturing environment, handling assembly, production, quality control, packaging and general factory duties.

Ideal candidates will have experience in assembly/manufacturing/warehouse settings, with HVAC ducting or sheet metal ducting experience highly regarded.

Silverwater NSW | $34/hr | Casual Ongoing | Monday to Friday

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Production & Assembly Workers to join a busy manufacturing team based in Silverwater. This is a casual ongoing opportunity with consistent Monday to Friday hours and the potential to progress to a permanent full-time position for the right candidate.

Working within a sheet metal manufacturing environment, you will be involved in assembly, production, quality control, packaging, and general factory duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly of manufactured products and components
• Following manufacturing processes and production standards
• Monitoring quality and identifying faulty or non-conforming products
• Packaging finished products for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Adhering to all workplace health and safety procedures
• Assisting with general production and factory duties as required

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments
• Experience working with HVAC ducting or sheet metal duct manufacturing (essential)
• Ability to follow instructions and work to production standards
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
