Juniper, one of Western Australia’s largest local aged care providers, seeks a Registered Nurse to coordinate and lead client‑focused care on a permanent full‑time night shift at Juniper Korumup, Albany.

You will lead small clinical teams, perform assessments, develop and evaluate care plans with residents and families, and work with health professionals to ensure best‑practice care and compliance with standards.

About the role and where you will be working:

Our residential care team at Juniper Korumup, Albany are currently looking for a Registered Nurse to coordinate and lead the delivery of client-focused care on a permanent full-time basis.

Located in a peaceful part of Albany, Juniper Korumup is a well-established aged care home providing culturally respectful and person-centred care for up to 72 residents. We’re deeply rooted in the local community and proud to offer a homely, supportive environment where residents feel safe, valued, and cared for—and where staff are truly appreciated.

As one of our Registered Nurses, you'll be expected to lead small clinical teams that provide high standards of person-centered care to all our residents. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to improve both their clinical and leadership skills.

This is a permanent full-time oppourtunity working Night shifts. Please be advised you are required to source your own accomodation if relocating.
