Chandler Macleod are recruiting a Production Worker for a busy manufacturing site in Somersby, NSW. This long-term, hands-on role operates within a fast-paced environment and offers a lifestyle roster with day and night shifts.

You will operate production machinery, fill concrete moulds, monitor quality, perform manual handling, and may drive a forklift if licensed; a reliable vehicle and driver’s licence are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production or machine operation.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Reliable and safety-conscious.
• Willing to rotate day/night shifts.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.

Production Worker – Somersby NSW Lifestyle roster | 12-hour shifts | Day and night rotation

We’re recruiting Production Workers to join a well-established manufacturing facility in Somersby. This is a long-term, hands‑on role within a fast‑paced production environment.

What’s on offer?

• Day shift: $39.68 per hour
• Night shift: $42.99 per hour
• Lifestyle roster averaging approximately 4 x 12-hour shifts per week
• Long-term opportunities with potential for permanent employment

About the role

Duties may include:

• Operating production machinery
• Preparing and filling concrete moulds
• Monitoring production and completing quality checks

• Manufacturing, production or machine operating experience
• The ability to perform physically demanding work
• Strong reliability and commitment to safety
• Flexibility to rotate between day and night shifts
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
