Job summary

Programmed are seeking reliable, motivated and safety-focused Production Operators / Process Workers to join our manufacturing team in Somersby, NSW on a rotating 4 week roster. Immediate starts available for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, process work or general labouring is desirable.
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Ability to perform physically demanding and repetitive tasks.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and a positive team-focused attitude.
• Flexibility to work rotating shift rosters.
• Current Forklift Licence (highly desirable).
