Job summary

Programmed is seeking reliable Production Operators to join the Somersby, NSW manufacturing team on a 4 week rotating roster with 12hr shifts. You will operate production equipment, perform process work, and conduct routine quality checks in a safety-first environment.

This role suits candidates with manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks. A forklift licence is highly desirable and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, process work or general labouring is desirable.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Ability to perform physically demanding and repetitive tasks.
• Good communication skills and a positive team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery.
• Perform process work and general labouring duties.
• Complete manual handling and repetitive production tasks.
• Conduct routine quality inspections and checks.
• Identify and report equipment faults and safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
