Programmed Maintenance Services is currently seeking reliable, motivated and safety-focused Production Operators to join our manufacturing team in Somersby, NSW. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing with an ongoing DS/NS roster.

Key responsibilities include operating production equipment, performing process work, quality inspections, reporting faults, and contributing to continuous improvement in a 24/7 site.

Formación

• Experience in manufacturing, production, process work or general labouring is desirable.
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Ability to perform physically demanding and repetitive tasks.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and a positive team-focused attitude.

About You

• To be successful in this role, you will have:
