Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with batching, mixing, filling, labelling and packaging according to schedules and SOPs.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely per instructions.
• Accurately pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Receive, store and move raw materials and finished goods.
• Assist with stock counts, inventory control, and housekeeping of warehouse areas.
• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Follow WHS policies, safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and hazard-free work environment.
• Identify and report equipment faults, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors.

To support the efficient manufacture, packing, and dispatch of construction chemical products in a safe and compliant factory environment. The Production & Warehouse Operator plays a hands-on role in daily production activities while maintaining quality, safety, and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

Assist with batching, mixing, filling, labelling, and packaging of products in accordance with production schedules and SOPs.

Operate machinery and equipment safely and in line with manufacturer instructions and company procedures.

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.

Receive, store, and move raw materials and finished goods.

Assist with phone calls and Direct Sales from warehouse.

Assist with stock counts, inventory control, and housekeeping of warehouse areas.

Load and unload deliveries in a safe and efficient manner.

Follow all WHS policies, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.

Maintain a clean, organised, and hazard-free work environment.

Identify and report equipment faults, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors.

About you

Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or production environments (preferred).
