Job summary

You will batch, mix, fill, label, and pack products; operate machinery; pick and pack customer orders; manage stock counts; and follow WHS policies to maintain a clean, hazard-free workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or production environments preferred.
• Physically capable of manual handling tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and team focused.
• Intermediate computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with batching, mixing, filling, labelling and packaging according to schedules and SOPs.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely per instructions.
• Accurately pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Receive, store and move raw materials and finished goods.
• Assist with stock counts, inventory control, and housekeeping of warehouse areas.
• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Follow WHS policies, safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and hazard-free work environment.
• Identify and report equipment faults, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors.
