Production Training Coordinator for Apprenticeships

Job summary

Top Cut Foods is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to own site training across 7 production sites from our Ormeau head office. You will induct new hires, partner with HR, and drive the apprenticeship pipeline, competency matrices, and training needs analysis.

In this standalone role you will build training plans, materials, toolbox talks, and compliance reporting while collaborating with senior leadership to strengthen safety, quality and capability across the business.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating apprenticeships/traineeships.
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or logistics.
• Strong organisational, administrative, and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain training records and prepare reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience developing competency matrices and SOPs.
• Ability to work autonomously with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Induct site employees and coordinate onboarding across seven sites.
• Develop competency matrix and training needs analysis.
• Coordinate apprenticeship agenda and compliance training.
• Build training plans, materials and toolbox talks.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to support safety and quality.
