Job summary

Top Cut Foods is looking for a Training Coordinator - Production at the Ormeau Head Office to own site training, induct new employees and manage apprenticeship pipelines across the plant.

You will build competency matrices, training needs analyses and the future talent pipeline for production teams, developing plans and materials, and leading toolbox talks while partnering with HR and the Senior Leadership Team to enhance safety, quality and capability.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating training and development activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build competency matrices and training needs analyses.
• Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Induct site employees and coordinate apprenticeship programs.
• Develop and maintain training plans, materials and toolbox talks.
• Coordinate compliance training and audit preparation across states/sites.
• Collaborate with HR and Senior Leadership to strengthen safety, quality and capability.
• Build and maintain a platform for internal succession planning.
