Job summary

Coles Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Production Technician for MilkCo at Erskine Park to drive efficient production of milk processing, filling and packaging. You will oversee automated machinery and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

The role involves a rotating roster (6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm on a two-week cycle) and opportunities to develop skills across production, quality control and logistics within Coles’ MilkCo site.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG food manufacturing site operating production machinery.
• Experience within food processing and pharmaceutical preferred.
• Proven experience in fault finding, repairs and maintenance of equipment.
• Apply quality control techniques and inspections.
• Embrace continuous learning and support your team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the production line and world-class automated machinery in MilkCo.
• Ensure safe and healthy working environment while maintaining best practices.
• Support logistics operations related to processing, filling and packaging.
