Job summary

Coles is seeking a Production Technician for MilkCo operations at Erskine Park. You will oversee the production line, including milk processing, filling and packaging, while coordinating onsite logistics to ensure efficient output.

The role requires FMCG manufacturing experience, fault-finding skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. The roster rotates every two weeks: 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm, supporting a safe, productive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in an FMCG food manufacturing site operating production machinery
• Experience within food processing and pharmaceutical preferred
• Proven experience in fault finding, repairs and maintenance of equipment
• Demonstrate experience in applying quality control techniques and inspections
• Embrace continuous learning and skill development while supporting your team members

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production line and ensure smooth operation of automated machinery
• Manage milk processing, filling and packaging processes
