Job summary

Coles is seeking a Production Technician for MilkCo at Erskine Park to oversee the production line, including milk processing, filling, packaging and logistics, ensuring efficient, safe operation.

You will rotate a two-week roster with 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm shifts, integrating with a skilled team and focusing on quality and continuous improvement while contributing to a major Australian brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in an FMCG food manufacturing site operating production machinery.
• Experience within food processing and pharmaceutical preferred.
• Proven experience in fault finding, repairs and maintenance of equipment.
• Demonstrate experience in applying quality control techniques and inspections.
• Embrace continuous learning and skill development while supporting your team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production line and operate world-class automated machinery including milk processing, filling and packaging and logistics operations.
• Ensure safe, healthy working environment and uphold best practices on the line.
