Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a reliable Production Technician in Bendigo, VIC for a leading global animal health and pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation. This casual ongoing, day-shift role offers $34.96 per hour plus Super with weekly pay.

You will support blending, filling and packaging while adhering to GMP, quality and safety standards, reporting to the production team. Prior regulated-environment experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate blending, filling and production equipment
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality processes

• Monitor product quality and identify any issues or discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, safe and compliant work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets
• Assist with packaging, warehouse and general production duties as required
• Adhere to GMP, safety and regulatory requirements at all times

Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

Manpower is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Technician to join a leading global organisation within the animal health and pharmaceutical manufacturing sector based in Bendigo.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a highly regulated production environment, supporting the manufacture of products that contribute to animal health and wellbeing.

Please note: This is a casual ongoing opportunity. While work is available on a regular basis, hours may vary depending on production requirements. Some weeks may offer full-time hours, whilst others may have reduced shifts. Flexibility and availability across the working week are essential.

About the Role

Reporting to the production team, you will be responsible for supporting blending, filling, packaging and general production operations while working to strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge of GMP and quality-controlled manufacturing processes
